Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Systems Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth of Enterprise sales business by working closely with multiple teams.
They will have prior experience of working with large Enterprise systems, including ERP / CRM, and be comfortable with basic master data, application and reporting concepts.
The role reports to a Business Solutions Analyst and sits within a larger Business Solutions & Systems group that focuses on project management, delivery of strategic projects and operational activities both within EMEIA and Worldwide.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working autonomously while also as part of a larger team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* To qualify net new partner leads in internal sales systems
* To effectively communicate status and progress to line manager
* To anticipate issues, escalating these as required to their line manager
* To provide any other such services and assistance to the company, as is reasonably requested (Specific Deliverables will be agreed with the Designated Contact)
Requirements:
* Data management and analysis of large data sets in Excel/Numbers
* Programming skills using Python, R and/or SQL
* Proficient in Tableau
* Designing and creating dashboards and reports
* Aptitude and interest in large enterprise systems
* An undergraduate degree preferably in Business, Data Administration, Information Systems or IT
* Formal project management experience or qualifications would be a distinct advantage
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously on tasks
* Flexible working style and an ability to establish credibility and trust quickly, customer and service focused
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Delivery focused with the ability to work across and with a variety of functional teams to meet deadlines
