We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our office. This is a varied and hands-on position that spans finance, human resources, administration, and general office management.


Key Responsibilities:

* Perform daily bookkeeping duties in accordance with Law Society Accounts Regulations
* Manage online banking, lodgements, and bank reconciliations
* Ensure compliance across finance and general practice management
* Support senior staff with internal HR, admin, and office-related tasks


Ideal Candidate:

* Extensive experience in office management
* Ability to manage the office day-to-day across HR, finance, and admin functions
* Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
* Comfortable working independently while supporting a wider team
* Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to improve systems and processes
