Our client is seeking a seasoned Early Careers Program Manager responsible for Site Operations, managing projects and workstreams with university academic partners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Organize and support development, implementation, and execution of programs, training, university and community events, and initiatives aligned with strategic university partnerships.
* Coordinate engaging, innovative development experiences including programs, communications, events, meetings, and workshops.
* Incorporate VIBE as a core theme in all programming and develop new inclusive program elements.
* Build internal connections across the Global Programs team and with client’s enablement programs and partners.
* Establish meaningful external partnerships with universities, schools, and sourcing partners.
* Contribute to relevant curricula for in-person and e-learning training.
* Generate innovative content based on business needs, feedback, and benchmarking.
* Support metrics and enrollment tracking in client’s Learning platform.
* Create promotional and educational resources related to program activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 2+ years in Learning & Development program management, supporting early career talent development.
* Experience planning and coordinating complex events.
* Experience designing and developing training (asset).
* Experience with enablement programs and university relations (highly desired).
