Responsibilities:
1. Lead Project Delivery : Spearhead the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple Software projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
2. Stakeholder Management : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate smooth project communication and collaboration.
3. Resource Allocation : Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and budget, to maximize project efficiency and meet delivery milestones.
4. Risk Mitigation : Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, adapting strategies as needed to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
5. Quality Assurance : Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of deliverables and exceed client expectations.
6. Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management practices, leveraging feedback and lessons learned to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Reporting and Documentation : Generate comprehensive project reports and documentation, providing stakeholders with clear insights into project progress and outcomes.
8. 8. Contingency Planning: Develop contingency plans to ensure timely delivery of change requests.
Requirements :
Project Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of project/program management experience using leading methodologies.
Stakeholder Management: Experience managing multiple parties including programmers and third-party vendors is desirable.
Global Project Management: Ability to manage projects across multiple locations is a plus.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgetary control and resource allocation procedures.
Team Leadership: Ability to foster a sense of community among project team members.
Desirable experience
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Agriculture and Food industries is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Object Orientated Programming (ideally C# or Java) and SQL Database is advantageous
