HP Corrigan Ltd is seeking to recruit a Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy community coffee shop in Baldoyle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing day-to-day operations of the coffee shop.
Training, supervising, and scheduling staff.
Ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Maintaining health, safety, and food hygiene standards (HACCP compliance).
Engaging with customers, including those with additional needs, in a respectful and supportive manner.
Managing stock, suppliers, and cost controls.
Supporting community engagement and ensuring a welcoming environment for families, children, and pet-friendly visitors.
Skills & Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years management/supervisory experience in hospitality.
Barista qualification and HACCP training desirable.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience engaging with customers with disabilities or special needs is an advantage.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, full-time, permanent.
Shifts will include weekdays and weekends.
