The Role Work for a leading supplier of commercial, industrial, and high-density residential HVAC solutions, serving the building services sector through HVAC contractors and consulting engineers. This role provides dedicated administrative and coordination support to the CRM/CX Manager and Estimation Team. Acting as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, you will play a key role in maintaining CRM data integrity. About You Organised Adaptable Proactive Strong Communication externally and internally. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate professionalism and represent the business in a courteous and positive manner at all times. Monitor, manage, and categorise incoming enquiries from shared mailboxes. Accurately input, update, and maintain customer, project, and enquiry information within the CRM system. Ensure CRM records are complete, accurate, and consistently structured to support business reporting and decision-making. Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure all relevant notes and communications are recorded promptly. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, consulting engineers, and sales representatives. Support the CRM/CX Manager and Estimation Team with administrative and coordination activities. Undertake additional duties as required to support the needs of the business. Requirements Essential Minimum of 1 years experience in a customer-focused role. Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent support. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple stakeholder interactions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data management and administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities. Desirable Knowledge of the HVAC industry is desirable. Experience working within an engineering, construction, or technical environment. Previous experience managing CRM systems or coordinating customer service activities.
