Competition Lawyer – Dublin
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Competition Associate to join the market leading Tier One practice of a leading law firm in Dublin.

The Role
The team advise on all aspects of Irish and EU competition/antitrust law, including:
1. Abuse of Dominance
2. Cartels
3. Competition aspects of commercial agreements and behaviour
4. Competition compliance programmes and training
5. Competition litigation, including litigation arising from investigations, disputes with regulators and damages actions
6. Complaints to regulators
7. Grocery Regulations
8. Investigations and dawn raids
9. Immunity/Leniency applications
10. Merger Control approval for mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures
11. Sectoral studies
12. State Aid
The Person
13. Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Competition law
14. Strong interpersonal and communications skills
15. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
16. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
17. A strong interest in maintaining, developing and sharing relevant legal knowledge
18. Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills
19. High level of commercial and business awareness
20. Adaptability to navigate dynamic legal landscapes
