A well‑established Irish insurer is seeking an experienced
Quality Manager
to lead their Operations Quality Assurance function. This is a key first‑line role focused on quality monitoring, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement across customer‑facing sales channels.

What you will be doing
* Lead the delivery of first‑line quality assurance across sales and customer‑facing operations.
* Monitor regulatory compliance, operational risk, fraud indicators, and delegated authority activities.
* Identify, assess, and escalate quality or compliance risks in a timely and structured way.
* Manage and support a small QA team, ensuring clear objectives, coaching, and ongoing development.
* Prepare and present monthly/quarterly Quality & Risk reports for senior leadership.
* Track and support the closure of audit findings and quality actions.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal audits, compliance reviews, central risk assessments, and regulatory inspections.
* Work closely with key teams to address findings and improve processes.
Your profile
* CIP - is a must
* The ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
* Experience in quality management, compliance monitoring, or operational risk within insurance or financial services.
* Excellent analytical skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Confident communicator
