Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users within the food industry.
* Key responsibilities include conducting site training on chemical safety and product applications, completing service reports to support sales, cost control, safety, and sustainability objectives, identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing distributor relationships within the region, providing insights into marketing opportunities and service improvements, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
* A minimum of experience in the food hygiene industry or on-site technical service roles is required. Quality Managers from Food Manufacturing backgrounds are also considered.
* Proven sales experience with a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
* Strong planning and multitasking abilities are essential.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
* Highly organized individuals with strong attention to detail are preferred.
