We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team for the Munster region.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will excel at identifying sales opportunities, providing technical advice, conducting site visits and delivering product demonstrations. They will be responsible for negotiating new contracts and achieving sales targets in the construction and industrial fixing solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage sales within the Munster region for construction and industrial fixing solutions.
* Build relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry professionals.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
* Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to customers.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship building.
* Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and reports to stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.
Requirements
* Proven sales experience in the construction or industrial products sector, either field or office based.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to travel within Munster, with a full clean driving license.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of €35-45,000 plus commission, company vehicle, and associated package.
