Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Project Manager to oversee all on-site activities for a residential development project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of the site, coordination of subcontractors and material management
* Maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
* Implement quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet or exceed project specifications.
* Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and local authorities, providing regular updates on project progress.
* Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, taking proactive measures to keep the project on track.
* Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, fostering a positive work environment and promoting collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management with a focus on housing developments.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing construction teams and subcontractors.
1. Familiarity with construction management software and tools, such as Procore or Primavera, is preferred.
2. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
