Staff Nurse Job Description

Job Summary:
The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering person-centered care, promoting the health and wellbeing of our service users, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality nursing care, assessing individual needs and developing personalized care plans
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and support staff
* Support service users with daily living tasks, medication management, and health promotion activities
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects that enhance the quality of life for our service users
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid nursing qualification (RGN/ RMN)
* Relevant post-registration experience in mental health or intellectual disability settings
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
* Ability to work flexibly, including evening and weekend shifts, as required
