Job Title: Director of Human Resources
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to join their leadership team. This senior role will be responsible for driving a customer-centric culture, partnering with the leadership teams to improve business performance, and making a significant contribution to the organization.
* This includes developing and overseeing recruitment strategies that align with best practices, ensuring effective communication throughout the organisation, managing compensation plans, leading high-performing HR teams, carrying out employee relations coaching and training managers on employment law issues.
We are looking for someone who has at least 10 years' experience in HR roles at senior leadership level. The ideal candidate should have membership of CIPD or related field qualifications as well as strong people skills required such as organisational development knowledge, engagement recognition change management culture building ROI communication learning & leadership development expertise.
