This is a pivotal role within the Irish business.
You'll be the go-to financial expert, providing robust reporting, control, and compliance, while supporting both the Irish leadership team and Group Finance.
It's a mix of strategy, leadership, and hands-on delivery, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end reporting processes, from management accounts to statutory filings.
Ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance across systems (Brightbooks, Oracle and group reporting tools).
Overseeing forecasting and liquidity management.
Challenging assumptions and ensuring robust planning across the business.
Supporting the integration of Irish entities into group systems and processes, helping to modernise and streamline finance operations.
Producing timely, accurate management information and KPIs that help drive commercial decisions.
Promoting strong financial controls, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring full compliance within internal frameworks.
Experience: Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with experience operating at Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager level in a complex, multi-site business.
Experience within a healthcare, retail, or multi-site environment.
A proven record of leading and developing teams.
Strong technical knowledge with a focus on control, compliance and accuracy.
Commercial acumen and the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Excellent IT and systems skills (experience with Oracle would be a plus).
A proactive, collaborative style with the confidence to challenge, influence and lead through change.
