Legal Secretary Role Overview:
Sanderson are partnering with a legal firm to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary for a well-established legal firm in Wicklow. This is a fully onsite role, offering the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated legal team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Providing comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors across multiple legal disciplines.
* Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
* Managing client files, both physical and electronic, with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner.
* Diary management, scheduling appointments, and handling telephone queries.
* Assisting with the preparation of legal forms and documentation for conveyancing and probate matters.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* At least 3 years' experience working as a legal secretary.
* Strong knowledge of legal procedures in Wills, Probate, Conveyancing, and Litigation.
* Excellent typing and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional and courteous communication skills.
