The ideal candidate would preferably:
* Be enthusiastic, professional and have an excellent telephone manner;
* Be highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail
* Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Have the ability to work under pressure and to multitask
* Have proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. Training in our case management system will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
* General office administration
* Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
* Management of incoming telephone calls
* Dealing with correspondence, typing, filing, incoming and outgoing emails, incoming and outgoing post, scanning and photocopying
* File opening and archiving
* Preparing briefs for counsel
* Supporting the solicitors with administrative tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €29,000.00-€30,000.00 per year

* Northern Cross, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
