My client, located in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, is looking to hire an Office Operations Manager to join their team.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting service delivery, driving process improvements, and ensuring operational excellence across the organisation.
Your new job
Work closely with technical teams and senior leadership to optimise workflows & improve performance.
Oversee internal office operations and administrative functions.
Implement operational improvements.
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
Support the delivery of client projects and operational initiatives.
Assist in maintaining high levels of service quality.
Coordinate office, logistics, facilities management and team scheduling.
HR administration.
Support procurement activities and budget management.
Ensure compliance with operational standards, GDPR, Health & Safety.
What are we looking for?
5+ years in office/operations management.
3rd level qualification in Business Administration/Management or related.
Accounts/finance/costings/budgeting experience.
Strong people management skills – leading a team.
Commercially aware with strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
