Sales Director - IT Services
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow our IT Services business in Dublin. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and developing strategic client relationships. You will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, mentoring and expanding the sales team, and identifying new market opportunities to drive business development.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in IT Services sales leadership, a strong network within the Irish IT market, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and execute a robust commercial strategy aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
* Identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
Revenue & Profitability:
* Oversee pricing models, margin optimization, and commercial performance across all business units.
* Drive initiatives to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
Market Positioning:
* Lead competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
* Ensure the company maintains a strong presence in key ICT markets and emerging technologies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Collaborate with the Board and Executive Leadership Team to shape corporate strategy.
* Build strong relationships with major clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Team Leadership:
* Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven track record in senior commercial leadership roles within the ICT or technology sector.
* Experience managing large-scale operations with turnover of €500M+ or equivalent.
* Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Deep understanding of ICT markets, emerging trends, and digital transformation.
* Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
