HYBRIDThe Digital Markeing Executive will play an integral role in delivering Collen's marketing strategy, supporting brand visibility and business development efforts across the company's markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing content and campaigns that communicate Collen's strengths, project expertise, and employer brand across digital channels.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will work closely with Business Development, Pre- Construction, and HR teams to ensure consistent, engaging communication that reflects the company's strategic goals.
This role requires a mix of creative and analytical capabilities — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content creation, digital strategy, and commercial awareness.
Skills & Experience required Essential Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a digital marketing or content-focused role, ideally in construction, engineering, or a B2 B environment.
Demonstrated experience with content creation for professional platforms (particularly Linked In) and website CMS management.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console), and performance reporting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, In Design) or equivalent tools such as Canva or Cap Cut.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for distinct audiences and platforms.
A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach, capable of managing multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
Desirable Experience managing website redesigns or ongoing content optimisation projects.
Knowledge of marketing automation or email marketing platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Mailchimp).
Familiarity with photography, videography, and post-production workflows.
Interest in branding, corporate communications, or B2 B storytelling in professional services industries.
Key responsibilities: Digital Marketing and Campaign Management Plan, create, and manage content for Collen's website, Linked In, and other digital platforms in line with brand andstrategy.
Support business development and pre-construction initiatives through targeted digital campaigns, online visibility, and thought leadership content.
Manage website updates and content optimisation using the company's CMS, ensuring accuracy, SEO alignment, and consistency of messaging.
Deliver digital advertising or social media campaigns to support project milestones, company announcements, and recruitment drives.
Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions), using data insights to refine digital activity.
Content Creation and Brand Storytelling Produce high-quality multimedia content — including videos, images, social posts, and short-form copy — for use across platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to design and deliver creative collateral that aligns with brand tone and visual identity.
Capture and edit on-site imagery or video content, supporting documentation of project progress and milestones.
Contribute to the development of project profiles, client presentations, proposal materials, and award submissions.
Work with the Marketing Director to evolve Collen's digital storytelling approach, focusing on innovation and corporate reputation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with the Business Development and Pre-Construction teams to develop supporting materials for bids, tenders, and client communications.
Align with HR and internal communications on campaigns that strengthen Collen's employer brand and employee engagement.
Coordinate with design and PR partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and corporate materials.
Provide digital support during corporate events, conferences, industry awards, or client hospitality activities.
