Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in the operating theatre suite. As an integral member of our team, you will provide evidence-based care to patients undergoing surgery.
The successful candidate will have experience working in theatre and will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of aseptic techniques, surgical scrubbing, and instrumentation. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities
* To work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
* To maintain aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control policies at all times.
* To assist consultant surgeons in all surgical procedures.
* To prepare patients for endoscopy procedures under sedation or general anaesthesia.
* To maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills within endoscopy and the profession of nursing.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Qualifications:
* Registration in the General Division of the Register of Nurses kept by NMBI or entitlement to be so registered.
Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience working in theatre.
Skills:
* Basic Life Support Training.
