Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hardworking and reliable Site Foreman to join our team. This role will work under the direction of the Site Manager, supporting the day-to-day running of site operations.
The successful candidate will help coordinate teams, monitor progress and ensure that work is carried our safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid site experience, strong communication skills and a proactive approach toward solving on-site challenges.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations
· Supervise and coordinate trades and general operatives to ensure efficient workflow
· Monitor progress against program targets and report updates to the Site Manager
· Ensure that all work is completed in line with safety regulations and quality standards
· Conduct regular site checks and maintain site tidiness
· Carry out general site duties including lifting, carrying, and moving materials
· Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly
· Maintain good communication between management, trades and subcontractors
· Contribute to the overall progress and productivity of construction projects
Requirements
· Previous experience working as a Site Foreman or Assistant Foreman or similar supervisory role within construction
· Strong understanding of construction processes and site safety
· Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) Training (an advantage)
· Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates (required)
· Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
· Ability to work under direction and show initiative when needed
· Additional construction-related tickets or training (e.g. LUGS, CSCS) are an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €32,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
