Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Care Supervisor located in Shannon Co Clare. The Care Supervisor will oversee and manage home care services, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to clients. Responsibilities include supervising care staff, creating and evaluating care plans, liaising with other healthcare professionals and families, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves training, mentoring, and supporting staff, as well as conducting quality assurance checks and addressing any concerns to deliver exceptional care.
Qualifications
* Experience in supervising care teams and developing care plans
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage clients and staff
* Knowledge of healthcare compliance, quality assurance processes, and safety standards
* Relevant healthcare qualifications, such as FETAC Level 5 in Healthcare Support, or background as a nurse
* Ability to respond to clients' needs with empathy, patience, and professionalism
* Proficiency in coordinating with healthcare professionals and conducting care evaluations
* Flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality care
