Key Responsibilities Deliver regional sales targets and grow both existing and new business.
Lead and support authorised distributors and van sales teams.
Oversee depot operations, including returns and stock reconciliation.
Manage team rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Support recruitment, training, and performance development.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles and compliance with procedures.
Provide accurate, timely reporting to regional management.
