As a Trust and Safety Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in reviewing and moderating user-generated content across various formats, including videos, images, text, and audio.
Your work will directly contribute to creating a secure and positive user experience online.
What You'll Do
Review, assess, and take appropriate action on content based on client policies.
Investigate and resolve complex content issues, escalating when required.
Stay informed about policy updates and evolving quality standards.
Promote user safety and uphold platform integrity through accurate decision-making.
About You
Fluent in Estonian and English (both written and spoken).
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying shifts (including some weekends and holidays).
