Ergo are seeking anITLab Systems Engineerto work onsite with a leadingpharmaceuticalclient in Dublin 15. In this exciting role you support existing infrastructure and set up new lab environments including workstations and equipment.You should have experience supporting IT users within a GxP environment and be familiar with lab systems (e.g. LIMS / MES).This is an immediate Contract requirement with long-term potential and great day rates.Key Responsibilities:Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and related IT infrastructure.Install, upgrade and maintain new and existing laboratory equipmentConduct system surveys and validation activities, ensuring compliance with pharma and IT quality requirements.Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and equipment support, managing service levels and issue resolution.Provide IT support for lab systems and instruments, ensuring minimal downtime.Testing of IT, lab and other systemsTroubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues impacting lab operations.Support system documentation, change control, and audit readiness activities.You should have experience in the following:IT Support on Windows systemsLab equipment installation within a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environmentIT support Helpdesk systems such as ServiceNowStrong understanding of lab systems, networked instruments, and validation processes.Experience managing external vendors and service contractsLIMS / MES systems such as Zebra, Honeywell, PAS-X, SAP ME an advantageUnderstanding of networking principles including IP addressingExcellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Apply today for more info.
