About This Role
This position plays a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, coordinating equipment maintenance and repair processes, and fostering strong relationships with our technical services team.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service as the primary point of contact for inquiries and service requests.
* Proactively address customer calls/queries, assign tasks to engineers, and update our system with accurate records.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive equipment lists, including items nearing end-of-life, and inform customers about products approaching End of Service to promote timely upgrades.
* Process service orders efficiently, manage documentation, and provide clear quotations to customers.
* Liaise with engineers on scheduling visits and callouts, monitor completion status, and issue invoices in a timely manner.
