* Effective leadership and coaching of Area Managers, providing clear direction and momentum to achieve strategic business objectives.
* Establishing annual budgets for revenues and gross margin, ensuring delivery against targets.
* Promoting business awareness and assessing priorities to deliver results.
* IDentifying new customer and sales channel opportunities.
* Fostering strong commercial relationships with all customers.
* Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing plans that drive business growth.
* Working closely with the Technical Director and team to identify new product opportunities meeting consumer needs and category growth objectives.
* Maintaining active involvement in innovation initiatives.
* Employing an analytical approach to business building, leveraging data analysis skills.
* Effectively communicating and presenting information to stakeholders.
* Demonstrating excellent organisational and administrative skills to balance multiple role aspects.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of senior commercial experience, preferably in Horticulture, Garden Centres, or FMCG sectors.
* Bachelor's degree in Business.
* Demonstrable career achievements.
* Evidence of building a business in challenging environments.
* A valid driving license.
