Senior Learning Professional
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Learning Professional to lead our team in developing and implementing impactful training programs, designing innovative learning solutions, and ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports growth, recruitment, and employee development.
2. Lead a team of learning professionals and collaborate with senior leadership to drive L & D initiatives.
3. Oversee the performance and effectiveness of the Learning Department, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
4. Built strong relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental learning and development needs and develop responsive learning and development plans.
5. Create and implement comprehensive learning and development programs for employees at all levels of the organisation.
6. Evaluate the effectiveness of training and learning and development programs and make improvements as needed to meet the evolving needs of the workforce.
Requirements:
* A degree in a training and development or education-related field is essential.
* No less than 5 years' professional experience in a training and development role within a large organisation is required.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and registering course materials with relevant accrediting bodies is necessary.
* Proven experience in delivering accredited courses at a Level 5 or higher, or equivalent accredited programmes, is expected.
