What You'll Actually Do
We're looking for a Financial Administrator who will help keep our financial engine running smoothly as we scale. You'll be responsible for processing, controlling, and managing financial data — from invoices to ledgers — working closely with our Finance Manager to make sure everything is accurate, organized, and ready for growth.
You'll also play a key role in improving how we use Odoo (our ERP system), helping ensure clean data and clear financial visibility across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
* Processing, checking, and booking incoming and outgoing invoices
* Communicating with creditors regarding invoice payments
* Debtor management in collaboration with the sales team
* Bank and cash management
* Managing direct debit collections
* General ledger administration
* Assisting with the monthly closing process
* Supporting financial administration across multiple regions and entities

What You Bring
* Have 0–2 years of experience in a similar role and are ready for your next step
* (Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus, not a requirement)
* Are based in Donegal (office is in Burnfoot) or willing to relocate
* Are proactive, structured, goal-oriented, and approachable
* Thrive in a start-up environment
