I'm currently working directly with the Managing Director of a well-established Main Contractor to recruit a Site Manager for an upcoming schools development in Greystones, County Wicklow .
This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive contractor with a strong pipeline of work, a reputation for quality delivery, and a hands-on leadership team.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities: Manage site activities from groundworks through to handover Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel Ensure compliance with health & safety standards Report progress to senior management and the client team Maintain high-quality standards throughout the build Ideal Candidate: 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager role Previous experience delivering school or educational projects is highly advantageous Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage programmes, schedules, and site resources Full driving licence If you're a Site Manager looking for a secure and rewarding role in Wicklow with a forward-thinking company – I'd love to hear from you.
