Key Responsibilities:
* Support the HR department in coordinating onsite inductions and developing tailored induction plans.
* Provide technical and working knowledge of employment legislation.
* Utilize strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
* Develop computer literacy and proficiency with Office Suite and CRM's.
* Liaise with department managers to manage labour planning and recruitment processes throughout the company.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position within the hospitality sector preferred.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills essential for this role.
