As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior / Lead Recruiter to join our on‑site team in Blanchardstown, Dublin, supporting hiring across our electronics and production operations. Your Role
As a Senior / Lead Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from partnering with hiring managers to define needs, through sourcing, assessment, offer management and onboarding. You’ll serve as the key recruitment partner for our local leadership team, ensuring we attract and hire top talent across operations, engineering, and manufacturing support roles.
* Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent.
* Partner closely with HR Business Partners and site leadership to understand business priorities and workforce needs.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive networking and market mapping.
* Act as a mentor and point of expertise within the recruiting team, helping to elevate recruiting capability across the function.
* Manage the offer process, including negotiation and pre‑boarding coordination.
* Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For
* 8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in electronics, manufacturing, or production environments.
* Proven success partnering with business leaders and hiring for complex technical or operational roles.
* Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to identify and engage passive talent.
* Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills — able to influence and consult with senior stakeholders.
* A hands‑on recruiter who balances strategic thinking with flawless execution.
* Organized, data‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proficiency in recruiting souring tools as well as ATS systems (Workday experience is a plus).
* Degree in HR, Communications, Business, or a related field.
