Job Description: About the Role: Microchip Technology's Ennis facility is seeking a skilled and motivated Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our Maintenance team.
This is a key hands-on role supporting high-volume manufacturing operations within a fast-paced production environment.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team of technicians and cross-functional partners to ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of automated production and processing equipment.
You will support production throughput, deliver high-quality maintenance, and assist engineering teams with equipment and process requirements.
