Lead Food and Beverage Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As a key member of the hotel's leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations.
This is a senior leadership role that requires a passionate, hands-on professional with strong commercial awareness and a focus on service excellence.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing daily operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and events. They will deliver consistently high levels of guest service and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.
* Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, ensuring team motivation and adherence to service standards.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other department heads to enhance menus and service offerings.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase revenue, efficiency, and guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Food and Beverage management role within a hotel or resort environment. They will possess strong leadership and team development skills, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills.
A flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential. A passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset are also required.
