About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled chef to join our kitchen team as a key member of the food preparation and cooking process.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with strong training in food safety and hygiene procedures.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the head chef to assist in all sections of the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standard.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the head chef during service, maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail
* Support the development and implementation of new menu items and recipes
* Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of professional chef experience, preferably in a busy kitchen environment
* Strong training in food safety and hygiene procedures
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
