We are seeking a seasoned Nurse Manager to oversee nurse-led services in the Sligo region. As a Person in Charge, you will be responsible for managing shifts, overseeing service operations, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. You will work autonomously to support staff and maintain regulatory compliance.

You must have at least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in health or social care settings. A Level 7 Nursing Degree is also required, along with valid NMBI registration. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate your team towards achieving exceptional standards of care.
