Job Title: Technical Engineering Manager
About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineering Manager to oversee the delivery of technical services across corporate office sites.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in managing technical teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, and overseeing contractual and legal standards.
* A strong background in CAFM systems, quality control, and team management is essential.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage technical services and maintenance to meet contractual and legal requirements.
2. Lead a diverse technical team, handling scheduling, performance, training, and development.
3. Oversee compliance with health & safety protocols and ensure accurate documentation.
4. Ensure statutory requirements are met and report any issues promptly.
5. Manage CAFM for schedules, completed work, and compliance data.
6. Quality check and sign off technical works, tracking remedial actions.
7. Approve contractor invoices and monitor budgets, ensuring correct costings and reconciliations.
8. Serve as primary contact for clients, providing clear reports and participating in audits.
9. Assist with project planning and documentation, supporting transitions from planning to execution.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical services, CAFM systems, and quality control processes.
