Senior Operations Manager – Ireland
At Bloq.it, we’ve created the world’s leading smart locker solution. We are rapidly expanding and look for a Senior Operations Manager to bridge our central operations team with the local Irish team. This role requires an operational expert with service‑oriented industry experience and a strong aptitude for process management and reporting.
What will be your responsibilities
Manage operational teams and processes to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations;
Provide detailed reporting and act as the liaison between the local and central teams;
Handle operational tasks that require hands‑on involvement and attention to detail;
Go to the field regularly to report and solve on‑the‑ground challenges;
Coordinate and support local teams to ensure consistent service delivery;
Identify and implement improvements to operational processes in the field;
Ensure that all operational metrics and goals are met, reporting progress regularly.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within service‑focused industries such as delivery, mobility, or logistics;
Strong understanding of post‑sales service operations and workflow optimisation;
Excellent communication skills with ability to report clearly and liaise effectively between local and global teams;
Proficiency in English;
Proven ability to manage teams and processes, with hands‑on involvement when needed;
Adaptable and proactive, willing to engage in fieldwork as required;
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and improving operational KPIs;
Knowledge of smart locker systems or logistics technology;
Understanding of local logistics and post‑sales service processes;
Experience in scaling operational processes in a growing company.
