The Global Functional CMMS (Maximo) & Calibration Leader will partner with Manufacturing communities to ensure requirements and maintenance/calibration process are aligned to support Operational improvement while ensuring IT compliance, change management and cost efficiency across all the regions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Delivery
* Contribute to and drive the Global CMMS (Maximo) and Calibration area for the Full Clone and Clean Project in Vantive
* Successfully project manage multiple Global CMMS (Maximo) and Calibration site implementation projects based on timeline, scope, and budget
* Ensure the development and management of all project planning, schedule and budget in conjunction with the Global CMMS and Calibration Program Manager
* Responsible for project tracking, status reporting, identifying risks, and new requirements
* Support the creation/review of validation materials and the execution of validation activities
* Consistently provides clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders and team
Daily Operations
* Coordinate with the Global CMMS (Maximo) and Calibration team
* Supervise User Access Management for Maximo license Users once cloned
* Analyze business requirement/process, Identify, and understand broader business impact, assess alternative solutions, and propose preferred solution
System Application Management
* Collaborate with Infra team and all IT partners for activities related the Global CMMS and Calibration Domain
* Work in conjunction with Quality and Compliance team to ensure corporate requirements, documentation, application policy are up to date and approved
* Consult with CAB stakeholders to deliver applications and business improvements
* Co-ordinate application enchantments, system upgrades, database upgrades, operating system upgrades once cloned
* Support external contractors to ensure a healthy, stable Maximo Environment
Qualification Skills:
* Functional and technical knowledge on the area of Maximo and calibration
* Team management for internal/external resources based in different regions
* Ability to communicate and collaborate with other IT professionals and business stakeholders

Educational and Experience:
* Ideally 5 years’ experience on CMMS and Calibration systems
* Ideally 5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
* Strong functional expertise in CMMS and spare parts and calibration
* Experience of System validation in a pharmaceutical environment
