Lead Engineer Job Summary:

The role involves leading a team responsible for ensuring the airline's aircraft compliance with Airworthiness Directives (AD) and Service Bulletins (SB).
* Responsible for identifying AD and SB requirements applicable to the group fleet.
* Oversight of the AD implementation process – from initial review to sign off and embodiment compliance.
* Supporting senior management by leading a team of engineers and their responsibilities.
* Drafting and updating of AD and SB related handbooks and procedures.
* Chairing group meetings with senior management on AD Committee matters.
* Acting as deputy for all AD and SB related matters when required.

Requirements:
">
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in an airline.
* A strong familiarity with Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and OEM provided Service Information.
* Technical knowledge of Boeing 737NG and Airbus A320 technical knowledge an advantage.
* Understanding of EASA Part M, Part CAMO and Part 145 rules.
* Excellent communication skills and coordination with management both internal and external.
* Leadership attributes to engage and lead the team through day-to-day activities.
