The Role: We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to take on a key role in our marketing team.
This role will focus on four core areas: managing our Magento 2 website, driving SEO performance, managing email marketing activity, and supporting marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all site content, leading SEO strategy, delivering targeted email campaigns, and supporting campaign rollouts across our B2 B and B2 C audiences.
The Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a self-starting, hands-on digital marketeer who enjoys bringing structure and organisation to a fast-paced environment.
You'll be comfortable working with platforms like Magento 2, collaborating with internal teams, and managing shifting timelines.
You will manage digital marketing activities for SONAS Brand and sub brands, while playing a key role in supporting and contributing to the wider efforts of the Marketing Department.

Role Responsibilities: Magento 2 Website Management: Manage day-to-day website updates across three regions, including product uploads, category management and promotional content Ensure accuracy of product and promotional content in collaboration with Product, IT and Customer Service Support the development and rollout of a new website portal, ensuring content is structured to serve Retail, Professional, and Consumer audiences SEO Strategy & Planning Develop and implement SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and visibility for key product categories and audiences Conduct keyword research, optimise product and landing pages, and implement on-page SEO best practices Manage technical SEO tasks including audits, metadata, structured data, and performance tracking using tools like GA4 and Search Console Digital Tools & Reporting Manage reporting tools (e.g.
Looker Studio, GA4, email platforms, automation tools) to report on marketing activities Track performance across channels and contribute to monthly and campaign-specific marketing reports Continuously review and improve the use of digital tools for smarter campaign measurement and automation Email Marketing Plan, build and send targeted email campaigns for retailers, installers and consumers using tools like Mailchimp Manage segmented lists and automated flows across B2 B and B2 C channels Monitor and report on performance, refining content and structure to improve engagement and conversions Campaign & Content Support Assist in the rollout of integrated campaigns across website, email and all digital platforms Ensure all campaign assets are consistent across touchpoints and channels Support the preparation of product information packs, imagery, and marketing assets for distribution to Retail Partners Capture and edit video and photography content of events, products, and internal activities Work collaboratively with the team, including supporting at events, responding to retailer queries, or participating in product launches when needed.
Required Experience and Skills: 3 years'+ experience in a technically focused digital marketing or e-commerce role, ideally in a product-led environment Strong experience with Magento 2 or a similar CMS, including content updates Solid SEO knowledge - both technical and on-page - with experience using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush or equivalent along with Search Console and Google Analytics Confident managing email marketing and automation flows, with platforms such as Mailchimp Strong working knowledge of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tag Manager Experience with video and photography editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom or Capcut is beneficial Personal Competencies: Attention to detail, particularly when working with product data and web content Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities across teams and regions Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in a team and collaborate cross-functionally Curious and proactive - keen to explore smarter, more efficient ways of working Customer-centric mindset What We Offer: Competitive salary and pension 23 days annual leave Opportunities for professional growth and training Mentorship and learning opportunities from a collaborative Marketing team SONAS is known for its unique culture with strong company values which places our people, customers and business stakeholders at the heart of what we do.
