We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
CRM Executive
to join our clients team on a
part-time, permanent basis
.
This role will initially operate across
five half days per week
and is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, CRM, and order processing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
The Role
As CRM Executive, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the customer experience across both B2C and B2B channels.
You will be responsible for handling customer queries, supporting sales order processing, and helping to develop and improve customer service processes to ensure consistently high standards.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will contribute to increasing customer engagement, improving loyalty, and strengthening relationships with our customers.
Key Accountabilities
Manage
B2C customer queries
on a daily basis via social media, email, and phone
Expedite customer and order-related queries to ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to enhance customer experience and engagement
Develop and implement effective processes and procedures for the customer service function
Monitor and manage customer relationships through
CRM systems
Process and manage
B2B sales orders
for Irish and export retailers and distributors
Track orders through to delivery and liaise with relevant stakeholders as required
Experience & Requirements
Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and social channels
Advanced MS Office and strong general IT skills
2–3 years' experience
working with ERP/CRM systems
2–3 years' experience
in online customer service or a retail environment
Experience with export B2B order processing and customs knowledge is an advantage
