Role Overview
:Orange Recruitment is seeking dedicated and skilled
Staff Grade Speech and Language Therapist (SLT
) to join NCSE's team supporting inclusive education across primary, post-primary, and special school settings. This role involves delivering evidence-informed strategies and interventions that promote student participation, communication, and wellbeing in schools
**.
Key Responsibilitie**
* s:Deliver teacher professional learning seminars regionally with Senior SLT
* s.Design and implement inclusive education strategies and intervention
* s.Collaborate with Senior SLTs to develop interdisciplinary resources for schools and NCSE staf
* f.Engage in in-school collaboration with teachers, including coaching and mentorin
* g.Review and evaluate interventions using current SLT literatur
* e.Maintain accurate clinical notes, outcomes, and service statistic
* s.Manage and maintain service equipment and identify equipment need
* s.Work collaboratively with regional colleagues, HSE SLTs, NEPS psychologists, and other professional
* s.Participate in clinical supervision and reflective practice with senior therapy staf
* f.Uphold professional standards in line with CORU and NCSE guideline
* s.Support student therapists and contribute to staff trainin
* g.Provide support to parents/legal guardians as appropriat
* e.Promote participation and wellbeing at whole school, targeted, and intensive levels of suppor
* t.Develop evidence-informed resource materials for students and teachers in collaboration with school staf
