This role is crucial for driving sales, delivering engaging digital marketing campaigns, and coordinating exceptional events that represent Thermohouse & MC Group to the highest standard.This is a full-time office-based position.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and PPC, and contribute to digital marketing initiatives from concept to delivery.Enhance SEO performance, manage social media activity, and assist with national promotional campaigns.Produce insightful analytics reports and maintain CRM databases for personalised guest engagement.Coordinate print advertising, and design promotional materials that reflect our product placement and offering.Support the sales process from initial contact through to conversionLiaise with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales & marketing activities and events.Contribute to strategic planning to enhance brand visibility and ongoing success.Represent the company professionally in all communicationsRequirementsProven experience in a marketing role (sales experience an advantage)Strong skills in content creation, social media management and website CMS & CRM tools.Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and email marketingStrong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindsetOutgoing, confident, and highly motivated personalityExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to work independently in an office-based environmentOrganised, proactive and able to work independently.Excellent Remuneration available for the right candidate.
