Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Dublin
As a seasoned quantity surveyor, you will be responsible for leading the commercial function on a high-profile hotel development in Dublin. With a strong track record of delivering projects of €10m+, you will bring your expertise to our team and contribute to the growth of our business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and attention to detail. You should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
We are seeking an experienced quantity surveyor who can manage the full commercial lifecycle from pre-construction through to final account. The successful candidate will lead procurement activities including tendering and subcontract negotiations as well as prepare cost plans budget reports and provide valuable input into contract administration.
