They are offering an 11-month contract. Work on a 4 day on 4 day off pattern and avail of shift premium rate at 20%.Your Job as an Analytical Associate ScientistSupporting laboratory operations, including equipment qualification, SOP documentation, and lab establishment.Performing general lab operations, troubleshooting, and executing laboratory studies.Reviewing, trending, and reporting laboratory data to support batch data generation and analysis.Managing routine cleans of lab equipment and maintaining housekeeping standards.Responding to standard requests and escalating issues as needed.Participating in functional meetings and facilitating cross-functional meetings.Supporting site safety culture and introducing innovative solutions for biologics testing.Building team effectiveness and promoting diversity and inclusion.Ensuring timely training completion and coaching team members.Flexibly supporting changing business needs, including out-of-hours testing.What skills you will need as an Analytical Associate ScientistRelevant experience in laboratory operations and process automation.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to adapt to changing business needs and demonstrate continuous learning.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation.What is on Offer as an Analytical Associate Scientist11-month contractShift Premium 20%What’s NextApply now by clicking the “Apply Now" button or call me, Elaine McCarthy on 021 484 7135.
