We are seeking a
Performance Campaign Specialist
with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our Paid Media team in a full-time role. You'll manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for Lead Generation & e-Commerce brands globally, delivering data-driven results that directly impact client growth and ROI.

What You'll Do
Campaign Management & Optimization:
* Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across various objectives (lead generation, e-commerce sales, brand lift)
* Conduct ongoing campaign optimization, including bid adjustments, audience refinement, ad copy testing, and landing page recommendations.
* Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and identify scalable opportunities.
* Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and pacing to ensure targets are met.
Analysis & Reporting:
* Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
* Track and report on key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and CAC
* Create clear, actionable performance reports for clients with recommendations for improvement.
* Use Google Analytics and other tools to understand the full customer journey.
Client Collaboration:
* Communicate proactively with clients about campaign performance, challenges, and opportunities.
* Participate in client calls and presentations to discuss strategy and results.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparency and results-driven communication.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing goals.
Required Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Plus 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
* Proven track record of managing campaigns for either e-commerce or lead generation objectives
* Working knowledge of campaign setup, structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques
* Experience with Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing campaign performance
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
* Effective written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions
* Self-motivated learner who stays current with platform updates, new features, and industry trends
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred:
* Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking implementation
* Experience with Google Merchant Centre for Shopping campaigns
* Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications
* Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles
* Exposure to other digital marketing channels (SEO, email marketing, programmatic)
* Experience with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio/Looker Studio
