Laois, with nationwide deliveries throughout Ireland.Responsibilities:Delivering and collecting timber pallets and other timber products throughout IrelandEnsuring all loads are transported in a safe and secure mannerCompleting daily walkarounds and ensuring the optimum upkeep of the assigned vehicleEnsuring all paperwork is thoroughly completed, up-to-date and returned in a timely mannerEnsuring tachograph records are up-to-date, compliant and available for inspectionReporting any issues with the truck or trailers to the Mechanics TeamReporting any delays or issues with deliveries to the Transport Planners and assisting in a timely mannerAssisting with any RSA inspectionsWorking alongside the Logistics Team to ensure the smooth and consistent running of the fleetAbiding and enforcing all health and safety protocols at CJS and customer's locationsAssisting with and promoting a continuous improvement culture with a strong commitment to quality customer serviceAttending and contributing to regular meetings as requiredOther ad hoc duties as assignedJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
