Honest Wellness Spa are looking for a casual / part time Massage and Beauty Therapist.
The role is based on bookings coming in and the candidate will be paid on a per treatment basis broken down into 30 minute to 1 hour and 15 minute treatments. There are very busy weeks and weeks that tend to be slower so this would suit someone who is available as necessary but who cannot work full time hours.
You must have experience in Massage or Beauty and be keen to work with clients.
This is a new venture and so we are keen to hire professional, mature candidates with a warm personality and great sense of humour. Working on your own initiative is important.
Duties include:
General duties, cleaning, welcoming clients, light administration duties such as note taking for client records;
Carrying out spa treatments such as massage, facial, hydrafacial, Japanese Head Spa and signature treatments in our facility in Galway City; training can be provided as necessary to the right candidate
Ensuring top quality service and professionalism to all clients;
Engaging with clients and ensuring they are getting the best treatments for their needs and advising what else they can do to help, in order to exceed their expectations;
Maintaining spa equipment at all times and ensuring the facility is kept meticulously clean and hygienic;
Ensuring the correct products are used and the correct amounts to adhere to our budgets;
Encouraging clients to book again or how a course of treatments/treatment plan would be of benefit and what products we sell that they may be interested in;
Making use of our referral and retention programs and gaining bonuses for doing so;
Helping to build the name of the brand into a 5 star experience.

Pay: €25.00-€45.00 per hour
