This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters in a dynamic, people-focused business.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.Maintain and update HR records, contracts, policies, and systems.Manage onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, inductions, and exit interviews.Support payroll by ensuring all employee information is accurate and up to date.Prepare HR reports and provide insights on headcount, turnover, and absence.Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and absence management.Coordinate training, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement activities.Support HR projects such as policy development, engagement surveys, and compliance.Skills & ExperiencePrevious HR experience (HR Administrator or Generalist level).Knowledge of HR processes and Irish employment legislation.Strong organisational and time-management skills.High attention to detail and confidentiality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeCIPD qualification (or working towards) is an advantage.What We OfferOpportunity to be the go-to HR professional in a growing business.Broad HR exposure with room to develop your career.Supportive, people-first culture.Competitive salary and benefits package.Why Join Us?We're a growing logistics business with a strong focus on our people.
